EasyHem is operated by Imperial Cleaners & Tailors, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.

By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

Services:
EasyHem provides mail-in clothing alteration services. Customers must send garments to our location for processing.

Accuracy of Information:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and order details. We are not liable for incorrect fit due to incorrect information provided.

Shipping Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for shipping items to us and for return shipping costs. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments.

Turnaround Time:
Alterations are typically completed within 2–3 business days after receiving items. This does not include shipping time.

Limitation of Liability:
We are not responsible for:
- Damage caused by normal wear or pre-existing garment conditions
- Loss or damage during shipping
- Fit issues due to incorrect measurements
