RETURN & REFUND POLICY
EasyHem is operated by Imperial Cleaners & Tailors, located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
All alteration services are final sale once completed.
Due to the custom nature of tailoring and alterations, we do not offer refunds or returns once work has been performed.
If there is an issue with workmanship, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their items. We will review the issue and, if applicable, offer an adjustment.
Customers are responsible for:
- Shipping items to us
- Alteration service costs
- Return shipping after completion
We are not responsible for:
- Improper fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Items lost or damaged during shipping to our location
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
