SHIPPING POLICY

EasyHem is operated by Imperial Cleaners & Tailors, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.

Customers must send their items to us using one of the following methods:
- Ship directly from an online store to our address
- Mail their own items using any carrier (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

We do NOT offer pickup services.

Customers are responsible for:
- Shipping items to our location
- Return shipping costs after alterations are completed

Processing Time:
Alterations are typically completed within 2–3 business days after items are received.

Shipping Time:
Return shipping times vary depending on the carrier selected at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by shipping carriers.
